Kosmic Acrylic Urethane Klear UC35 is a 3.5 VOC, National Rule and SCAQMD Rule 1151 compliant version of UC-1. It may be used to topcoat any urethane or polyurethane enamels, and any SHIMRIN® Base Coat color.

In addition:
• Dries fast and may be color sanded and buffed the next day
• Preferred clear for first coat before flow coating
• Preferred clear for motorcycles due to high acrylic content enabling faster cure time and better resistance to fuel spills

Simply stated, USC01 Kosmic Urethane Show Klear is the most robust klear House of Kolor has ever produced. Using state of the art polymer technology, we have developed a clear with excellent chemical, fuel, and water resistance, as well as the highest UV protection in the industry. USC01 also offers users excellent flow out, gloss and D.O.I. (Distinctness Of Image)
after 48 hours.

This klear is identified as a medium solids product (41%). It can be used on all size vehicles from large trucks to compact cars, resulting in the show-ready finish that House of Kolor users crave. We have also created the new AX02 Kosmic Kicker accelerator for use on motorcycles and small parts, resulting in higher production in your shop.

USC01 Kosmic Urethane Show Klear is the ideal clear coat for you and your pursuit of excellence. USC01 Kosmic Show Klear meets all VOC rules and regulations, Coast to Coast, including California.

Urethane Flat Klear (FC21) is a Low VOC, flat finish clearcoat that can be used over all solvent-based basecoats. This clear sprays easily and dries quickly. Just mix with KUF21 Catalyst and you’re ready-to-spray.

Urethane Rokket Klear (URC01) is ideal for those small pieces that need to look show-ready in a time crunch.  URC01 doesn't require any flash time between coats.

Actual VOC does not exceed 0.85 Lb/Gal (102 g/L)

Universal Acrylic Urethane Klear is a coast-2-coast compliant clear, designed to provide optimum flow and leveling in an easy 2:1 mix. UC21 features high gloss and has good chemical, fuel and water resistance. UC21 may be used to topcoat any House of Kolor basecoats and urethane enamel finishes. 

Intercoat Clear is a kustom painter's best friend. This product is specially designed as a protective immediate clearcoat for artwork tapeouts on Shimrin Base Coats to help prevent tape from marking or disorienting the metallic and splitting when topcoated. It also works as a carrier for smaller flakes and pearls.

C2C-SG100 (Previously named S2-SG100) Intercoat is an important tool for the kustom painter. It is designed to be applied over a given base color, prior to taped or airbrush artwork. This allows for easy removal of mis-tapes or airbrush errors without damage to base color. 

The intercoat is also applied over artwork to preserve blending and fogging of various colors before applying Kandy or clear topcoats. C2C-SG100 is a safety layer, allowing you to pause and continue your project later. C2C-SG100 is not a buildup clear or a topcoat clear. Limit applied coats to 4, however, if used as a carrier for basecoat Kandies.  When used as a carrier for pearls or flakes when reduction from standard 2:1 goes to 1:1, more coats are acceptable. C2C-SG100 is also used to reduce strength of basecoats for blending colors or for checking touchups before topcoat clears are applied. Considered a must over Marblizer® before Kandy or clear to guarantee adhesion.

UKK01 Urethane Kandy Karrier takes House of Kolor into the 21st century with state of the art polymer technology to produce a product that remains a solvent base system and meets the VOC’s requirements coast-to-coast (including California).

UKK01 can be applied as a medium solids Kandy (34% solids) or as a low solids Kandy (29% solids). Simply reduce and Catalyze
the UKK01 and then add 2-4 ounces of any of House of Kolor’s KK Kandy Koncentrates to a ready-to-spray quart of UKK01 Urethane Kandy Karrier to produce the same vibrant Kandy Kolors as our current UK Kandy’s.

Mix Ratio:  Low Solids 4:1:2,  Medium Solids 4:1:1

X02 Kosmic Kicker is an accelerator for all House of Kolor urethane products. AX02 can be used to reduce dry times on small parts that need to be handled sooner to increase production. A prime example of Kosmic Kicker's usefulness would be for a motorcycle project where the coats of Kandy and Klear could be accelerated for quicker sanding and addition of artwork later that day. AX02 is not a cure-all for a cold shop and should not be used on larger projects such as a complete car.

House of Kolor Kosmic Reducers are the only reducers we recommend for use with our House of Kolor® System. These products include RU310 Fast Dry, RU311 Medium Dry, RU312 Slow Dry, RU313 Very Slow Dry and RU300 VOC exempt (Fast to Medium).
